• An appropriate National Qualifying Total(s) must have been achieved within 24

  months (September 9th, 2022 at the earliest) of these Championships.

• First time Nationals competitors must have competed and registered a total at any CPU Regionals within 2 years of these Championships (any 2022 Regionals at the earliest)

• Any additional Provincial requirements must have been fulfilled **lifters must inquire with their province about this**.

These Nationals will be the only qualifier for the following 2025 National Teams:

1. 2025 IPF World Classic and Equipped Bench Press Championships (Drammen, Norway)

2. 2025 IPF World Classic Open Powerlifting Championships (Chemnitz, Germany)
