important dates

● Registration deadline: July 15th, 2024 at 11:59 pm ADT (8 weeks out). No late entries can be accepted per CPU Policies. No exceptions.

● Weight class changes deadline: August 19th, 2024 at 11:59 pm ADT (21 days out). It is mandatory for lifters to make their nominated weight class. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from competing (excluding Youth and Special Olympics).
